Recertification Management®
Managed Medicaid members need to retain their Medicaid enrollment status in order to remain enrolled in their Managed Medicaid Plan and to take advantage of the many health and social program benefits available to them. Altegra Health’s Recertification Management™ service helps Managed Medicaid members complete the annual recertification process and retain their Medicaid enrollment year-over-year.
CARES® (Community Assistance Referral & Enrollment Services)
The Altegra Health Community Assistance, Referral and Enrollment Services – CARES® program is a free service provided to members of contracted Managed Medicaid Health Plans. CARES® provides members with education about community programs and assistance to become enrolled including completing any required applications, collecting documentation and submitting the application. We help members gain a greater understanding of what public or private benefits and services are available to them that can improve their lifestyle and save them money.
CARES® advocates can assist members to become enrolled in many programs such as:
- Educational Programs
- Energy & Phone Services
- Child Care Services
- Home Repair
- Nutritional Programs
- Transportation
- Emergency Assistance
